Oxygen-Free copper wire made by the Dip-Forming process is used for this cable.
Compared with standard oxygen free copper wire, the surface of this cable is very smooth, and it’s difficult for ultra-fine particles such as hydrogen to penetrate to the inside.
As the result, the grain boundary is stable, and its electrical conductivity is higher than that of standard oxygen free copper wire, so it is possible to transmit pure audio signals without signal degradation.
Additionally, since this cable has a shield structure wound with magnesium alloy foil combined with magnesium cutting filters located to each side of the cable, it has abilities to absorb vibration and shield electromagnetic waves, expanding the dynamic range and reducing noise.
The outermost shell of this cable is a fabric knitted from 0.25 mm PET (polyethylene terephthalate) monofilament yarn.
Fabric created from soft and stiff PET monofilament can release the cable from the mechanical stresses coming from the installed environment and support pure signal transmission.
As the result, a rich and lively signal transmission is realized.

This insulator reduces vibration effects from the floor to the cables, as well as enhancing the separation effect from the floor (earth potential).
By supporting the contact points of the round cable and the insulator with the left and right inclined surfaces, the vibration energy can be attenuated.

AUDIO INSULATOR / S-TAD INSULATOR

This insulator was developed based on the spike built-in insulator developed for TAD-M2500MK2, TAD-D1000MK2 and TAD-M1000.
By installing these insulators to existing audio equipment, the amount of information and feeling of the sound will increase and the sense of air is improved.
Within its structure, an inverted tip spherical chromoly steel spike is supported at a single point with a special steel with a thickness of 17 mm. High strength chromoly steel is commonly used for automobile engine parts and crankshafts.
By supporting the chromoly steel spike point with a special high strength steel selected by TAD, the weight point is narrowed and the vibration from the feet is controlled.
Moreover, due to the spike structure combined high strength materials, it can safely support very heavy products.
